What is the tie breaker if two users have the same number of correct picks?

For the NFL pools weekly standings, it is whoever is closest to the total points of the last game of the week (Monday night). For The NFL pools overall standings it is as similar measure that uses every weeks Monday night game in the calculation.

For the NCAA March Madness pool, it is whoever is closest to the total points of the Championship game.

When do the game results get posted to the site?

The game results from the previous day are automatically submitted between 12 and 3 AM every day.

Can I enter a pool more than once?

No.

Administrators

One of users on my site lost their password; can I view or reset it for them?

For security reasons, no. Have them try the Lost Password Page. If they are still having troubles, contact support.

Can I add users to my pool?

No. Each entry into the pool needs a unique user account. Each user can only enter a pool once.

Can I email all the users who have entered my pool?

The administrator can view the email addresses of every entry in their pool on the standings page. We currently do not have any automated emailing features.
